Southside Community Resource Hub will serve as a beacon of hope for the resident of Genesee County who are facing homelessness by connecting them with potential landlords. Our goal is to try and eliminate the barriers in obtaining housing through advocacy. We also provide free notary services to homeless residents of Genesee County.
Through our hands-on approach we will make sure that the consumer has everything they need to start the process in obtaining housing. We will also make sure that the tenant knows their rights and responsibilities so that don't find themselves in similar situations.
Once a client has come to the end of their one year of services, we will reevaluate their case to see if they need further assistance. If a client can show that that they are able or have been able to sustain and maintain housing, we will close them out.
